Bio: Realtor and Property Manager providing services in the cities of Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Chandler, Phoenix, Maricopa, Tempe, Apache Junction , Gold Canyon, Greater Phoenix Metro Areas, Payson, and Heber areas. In 1998, Naomi graduated from California State University of Chico with Bachelors of Science degrees in Psychology and Social Science and a minor in Health Education.  She received a job opportunity as a Behavioral Health Counselor and Caseworker after graduating and moved with her husband to NYC. Naomi and her husband decided they would place their roots in New Jersey and purchased their first home when she was 22 years old. As a first time home buyer, Naomi had no clue what she was doing.  Her Realtor and Lender at the time seemed to speak a foreign language to her. Naomi considers herself intelligent, so at the time she was frustrated by her ignorance of the Real Estate world.  She became intrigued by the entire home buying process and began to voraciously read every real estate related book she could find. The Real Estate world became a hobby and obsession. In 2002, the Evans Family moved to Arizona buying another home and calling Mesa their permanent home where she began a new career as a bookkeeper for a Real Estate and Property Management company.  In 2007 Naomi’s hobby and love for Real Estate became a career. She became a Real Estate Agent vowing that none of her clients would feel the way she did when purchasing her first home.  Naomi enjoys guiding that client through such an important and exciting process---whether it is a first time buyer or veteran home owner/investor.  When it comes to relocating out of this area or move to  a different home across town, Naomi looks forward to helping her clients get top dollar for their homes, while also working to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly with the least amount of stress as possible. With Naomi’s years of property management and real estate sales experience, a remarkable attention to detail and a drive for results, as well as having being a rental property owner herself, Naomi knows the ins and outs of the Phoenix and East Valley market.
